2. Bodyweight exercises – same as the run, squats/pushups/pull-ups/core/burpees?!?

3. Play a sport – toss the pigskin, play basketball

4. Natural exercises – chop wood, carry rocks around, put up lights, build things

5. Long walks – hikes or walks around the neighborhood, doesn’t have to be intense, just keep moving!

6. Long distance lunges – miserable but effective, 5/10 minutes for go for distance

7. Hill sprints – find a hill, run up and walk back down

8. Drills on a field – bring cones or ladders, or set up lines/objects. Pro agility/ shuttles/patterns/suicides

9. Track workouts – find a local school and run 100’s/200/400 or anything, run rest repeat!

10. Yard work/house work – help out around the house, put up Christmas lights, clean out the garage. Don’t be lazy! Rake leaves!
