Now that we’ve briefly covered carbohydrates and fats in relation to health, weight gain, and insulin resistance, let’s turn towards the topic of cholesterol and cardiovascular disease.

The third series is all about fats. We’ve been in a narrative that vilifies fats for the last 50 years. Unfortunately, this has led to ever increasing rates of obesity, metabolic dysfunction, and disease.
The next step in improving your eating and nutrition is cutting out the empty calories. At this point we’re not overly focused on optimizing anything, I just want you to prioritize getting more nutrients and value from the food you’re eating.
As we begin on this journey of improving you diet and eating, we start here with eliminating the big three: No Snacking, No Drinking Calories, and No Added Sugar.
